Order Processing Time

All orders containing our kitchen items (food tongs, small cutting boards, measuring spoons) are processed and dispatched within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the following business day.

You will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number once your order has been dispatched.
Delivery & Tracking

Tracking: Once dispatched, tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking system to reflect initial updates.

Delivery Delays: While we strive to meet standard delivery windows, international customs processing, carrier disruptions, or peak holiday seasons may occasionally cause unexpected delays.
Address Accuracy & Undeliverable Packages
Please double-check your shipping address during checkout. A DEGER & V.D LOBREGAT is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an invalid or incomplete address, additional shipping fees may apply to reship the package.
